Shipping policy

PLEASE allow 5-7 business days for your items to be shipped. During the months of June-October we will only ship candles on Mondays & Tuesdays because of the heat.

Once items are shipped you will receive an email notification with tracking number. If you have not received or been notified about the status of your tracking number AFTER 7 business days, please email hello@WhitsCandlesandTings.com for immediate assistance.

We are not responsible for lost items. Please contact USPS for lost packages.
